Mark is an associate and landscape architect with nearly two decades of experience in the discipline. He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design degree from the University of Manitoba, is an active member of the Manitoba Master Gardener Association and serves on the board of Peg City Car Co-op. Mark has applied his skills to a broad range of projects across Western Canada including Steinkopf Gardens, Upper Fort Garry Provincial Park, Old Grace Housing Co-op, Kenora Harbourfront Business Development Plan and the Permanent Outdoor Festival Site in Saskatoon. Along with landscape design, graphic design and production, 3D modelling and rendering, video/audio production, project management, and contract administration, Mark’s areas of specialization have grown to include interpretive design and climate change adaptation. Starting in 2006, Mark spent two years abroad, travelling in Europe and living in England, where he applied his skills at a large multi-disciplinary firm, returning to HTFC in 2008.
